One hundred farmers of Rajasthan will visit four countries to come in contact with the latest technical applications and innovations in the agriculture sector. The knowledge enhancement program of the state government is expected to help farmers to increase crop production.

An agriculture department spokesman said here on Saturday that selected farmers associated with the farmers’ organizations (FPOs) would be connected to the Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand and Brazil. They will perform seven -day tourism in various batches between November 2025 and March 2026.

Farmers will learn about advanced technologies in the agriculture sector to improve crop yields, and will also study the operation of successful agricultural cooperatives in four countries, which are similar to the FPO in terms of organizational structure.
