In another accident in Muthalapoji Harbor, a fishing boat that was returning to the port on Thursday (August 7, 2025) at around 6.30 am on the port due to strong waves.

According to anchuthengu coastal police, five fish workers in the boat were rescued by workers by coastal police personnel along with another boat. Two persons coming from Encothangue, who faced injuries, were admitted to a private hospital in Perumathura.

The sand bar, immersed in Esteu’s inlet, has significantly reduced the depth of the port, so that strong conflicting currents and AD have been made powerful so powerful so that the boats can pull the boats into its vortex.
