Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Tuesday inaugurated the police station at Kalignar Shatabdi bus terminus at Kilambakkam in Chengelpattu district. The building spread over 30,000 square feet. There are three floors and was built by Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA) at a cost of ₹ 18 crore.

During his visit to his Kolathur assembly constituency on Tuesday, CM inaugurated additional buildings built for Chennai Girls Higher Secondary School at Market Street in Perambur at a cost of ₹ 9 crore. He unveiled the foundation for about 14 new projects, which was to be applied by CMDA to a total cost of 17 crores.

Mr. Stalin also handed over two-wheelers to three persons who lost their vehicles in the fire, which broke into a private gymnasium in Kolathur. In social media posts, Mr. Stalin said that after a long time, his journey made him feel as if he was far away for a long time and felt that he felt again to come back to his constituency. He also thanked all those who inquired about their health.
