After a time in last season, when RFU Chief Executive Bill Sweeny One vote without faith survived, Their role will focus on helping to develop English rugby.
“I am confident that all parts of the game want we develop and improve our rule,” he said.

“It will not move as fast as people probably feel that it should be, but then I don’t think it’s a problem.
“We will not have another major regime review, perhaps for another 10 years or more. So it is really important – I will get this right.”
The results of the governance review will go to the RFU Council in the autumn, but may soon come to work on giving more developed power in various fields.
After visiting clubs in England in her previous roles with RFU, she wants the Sangh to become more agile and responsible for the needs of each region.
“I think people want to make more impact on conversations and decisions that are being done regional,” he said.
“A solution for cumbria is not the same as a solution for Hampshire. We have been working on many years how we can make those decisions, especially around the development of rugby at more local levels.
“We have to move forward with that regionalization, and the regime will have to combine with it. You can’t do everything at once. So we want to complete regionalization in the next season.”
